Adam knows what a customer srvc means & showed it the next level. I had a qstn about my bill, Adam attended to it right away & I don't have to see the mngr or the cashier. So I learned that srvc staff has the authority to fix billing qstns, I guess if they want to or pass it on Adam did not do that. He is an asset to this branch.

Britney was vety nice. But I am extremely frustrated that I brought my just over a year old vehicle in for a warning/engine light first thing Monday morning, that I got told it was just coolant even though I had done extensive research and felt like it was something more, got sent home & now I have to come back today because the issue is not resolved. My car was fresh off the truck when I purchased it October 30 of 2021. I’m extremely frustrated, it is so new tbay nothing huge should be wrong but clearly something is and I got the total brush off and not taken seriously and that it’s just coolant. Again, this complaint is not regarding Britney. She was very very nice. I’m frustrated that my issue wasn’t further looked into because now I have to come back 3 days later. Not convenient.
