I was told you could patch my front tire and needed to replace my rear tire so I ordered the tire and and brought my car back the next day. after almost 2 hours I was told that the first technician was wrong and the tire couldn't be patched. Why does it take 2 hours to look at the car when I had a scheduled appointment?
