Not really fair because we are extremely satisfied. Bethany was awesome. She asked us if we would like a courtesy car wash and silly as it sounds, we were looking forward to it and disappointed that it didn’t happen even though she requested it. It was late in the late and Bethany was gone for the day. That tad of disappointment was there but the oil change was a great price. I think there was also supposed to be an inspection but w didn’t see that either. Next time

Service team and service manager were excellent. However, receptionist at main desk - Ayayla (unknown spelling) was on her cell phone in a call the first time I came in. She acted disinterested and as if I was a bother. The second night I came in after service hours to pick up my keys she was playing a game on her cell phone, did not even look up and mumbled something I couldn’t hear. If the service manager Mr. Knox had not been so helpful, I would be going elsewhere for my service.

I had an appointment for 9:30 on 04/05/2023. An oil change, inspection, and car wash for my 20vehicle. Drag time with keeping me posted about my vehucle was slow. Three hours later it was finally done. When I'd approached my vehicle I noted that the car wash was not done as I'd been told by the representative.
I have purchased three new vehicles at Priority over the past four years and have had my vehicles serviced there. This particular experience was the wors and a little shocking after all the good experiences that I've had. I'm hoping that it was just a fluke.
