They did not reset my dashboard so that the clock and mileage will be showing as before. I did not notice it until I was almost home. Can I bring it back so it could be done.

I got a state inspection. The mechanic placed the sticker way too high on my windshield. I asked to have it placed lower. It took an hour and a half to move it down three inches. The mechanic didn’t take the time to simply place the sticker in the same place as the previous sticker.
