I was at your facility for 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. After about an 1hr 20mins I took a walk around and noticed my car sitting out front. I continued to wait and wait. Finally another 40mins and I went and found the service writer. Apparently, they forgot to go put the filters she asked me could they change. If I wouldn’t have spoke up, I would have sat there the entire day. This was not the service writers fault. She was beyond apologetic and professional. Clearly the mechanics forgot to get my car when she told them yes for the air filter. Definitely didn’t want to spend half my day there.
