Car was serviced in a timely manner. I saw that it was pulled back in as it was ready. I sat and waited to be called back to drive it away. My service representative was busy with other customers who didn't have a clue about the repairs. He was pretty chummy with the two young ladies for over 20 minutes while I just stood there waiting. I asked several other reps to check me out, everyday someone was going to be with me soon...did not happen. This was a wasted 30 minutes knowing my car was ready.

Adam was wonderful and assisted many customers before seeing me due to the other technicians doing whatever they were doing. Adam checked in on me while I was was waiting and let me know that he would be with me soon. My experience was not pleasant this time due to the long wait. I saw many customer service technicians walking around, on the phone for prolong periods of time. I think it was 30 minutes before I could get checked in. This has never been my experience at Hampton Honda Priority. I’m grateful that Adam checked in on me while waiting again and offered me service promptly after the l customer he recently serviced. One female service rep did come to Adam during my check in telling him he needed to put a tag on a vehicle which happened to be mine. I politely told that employee that the vehicle was mine and that I had to wait for long while and Adam is the only assisting. She did not offer to assist but rather walked away. Thank you Adam!!!
