Jarrid and the service is exceptional. I could not ask for better service. I have been buying and having all my service done with this dealership over 10 years.

Absolutely nothing was communicated to me. Every time I had to initiate the call for updates or feedback. It was 3 days before I even got feedback on the diagnostic of my vehicle and even then I had to call. I asked about the additional repairs and was advised parts were ordered. When asked about when the parts were ordered and the expected delivery; the guy informed me he didn’t know and that he would need to ask the parts department. He never asked the parts department while I waited for another 20mins for them to bring my car around. I had to go ask the parts department myself. I’ve been bringing my car here since 2014 & have never received such poor customer service.

On Tuesday, March 14th, 2023, I went to do an oil change on a KIA Sedona and they didn’t fill up my liquids and now I’m concerned they didn’t do an oil change and it’s not the desk workers fault but the ones working on the car itself. Also the tune up for the KIA Optima is working so far that was done Thursday, March 16th, 2023.
