I hate to complain but I had to buy a new battery. It even says on the print out my battery was working when I dropped my car off. Now it’s not keeping a charge. I don’t understand this. My agent was great, my car runs great. Just my opinion this is not right.

Jonathan Kish, our service representative, did an exceptional job today when we took my daughter’s car in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. It was her first time to take her car in by herself. He was very patient and explained the process, discussed tire tread etc. She quickly took notes so she would be prepared for the next time. He recommended some additional work that needed to be done but wasn’t pushy about it. He is an asset to your service department. My daughter said he set the bar high!

We were told every other day it should be ready in 3/4 days and that did not happen. I had been told the car was in being checked out, I went out there to get my garage door opener and the car was on the very back of the lot. Jonathan did not reply to texts. However, Robyn was extremely helpful. I spoke with her early this morning. Within ten minutes she called back with the status and said it could possibly be ready late this afternoon. She called back around noon and said they thought it would be ready about 5:30. George called at 4:00 and said it was ready
