We brought our vehicle in for 2 reasons... 1) to fix the issue with the trunk not opening 2) to have the technician research why the car would smell like gasoline and miss fire. The 1st issue was resolved. The 2nd issue Jacob told us that the tech said a rat had left fecial matter / pee in the engine somewhere and that's what we have been smelling. My daughter has had pet rats in the past and THAT IS NOT the same smell as rat feces we would smell in the garage when the car would start or turned on in an open area. I found it rather offensive. And to top it off, it wasnt resolved. Soo, not only did we wait for 3.5 hours but we have to take our car back (preferably in the morning). Let's just say it was not the most optiomal customer service...why wouldn't Jacob question that or especially if we dont live in the country. I was very disappointed in the representation for Kia.

Something has fallen out from under the front of the car after being serviced. I called about it and spoke to Marcus and Russell who I found rude. Not to mention the amount of time it took for the service to be done. Then they did not want to honor the service contract we bought with the car.
