I always receive excellent and professional service anytime I have interactions or services with the Vanguard team, and today was no exception.
Upon arrival to the bay I was greeted and escorted inside by a very nice and polite young man who turned me over to “Anthony” for further assistance. This is just an awesome group of people because while waiting on an update about my vehicle, there’s a lady by the name of Tonya that came out and spoke to everyone and asked how everyone was, and she let us know that if anyone needed anything to just let her/ know.
I’m just in awe of this place because it’s the one and only place that I go and leave feeling like a valued customer.

I am a long-time KIA owner, as in my last three vehicles and my husbands', and have always loved the brand. I just recently had a defective motor replaced. I was without my vehicle for over 2 months. I finally received it yesterday. I had the front brakes and filters replaced. This was over $500 aI am a little surprised that no one tried to help with that in any way or offer any compensation for my time without a vehicle.

Their team coaches customers on how to fill out the survey. They even give copies of a filled out survey and offer coupons if you fill it out as requested. This is the second time I’ve been in and both times the same thing happened.
