I don’t like when you walk into the service area and all of the employees look up at me then pretend that they are busy and there are no other customers in front of them. They should at least speak and say someone will be with you shortly. Even Waffle House does that. I hate coming in there for that reason

My family owns 3 Kia’s. All purchased at Kia Patterson/Vangaurd. We service our vehicles there as well. Have been with the dealership since 2013.
