John was great he got my satisfaction he explained things to me and took time looking up my fuel pump recall which he greatly smiled and said this one don't have it and my vechile was clean John is awesome and I would come back for service on my sienna le very friendly staff at Toyota and he made sure I had a ride home and back again and the shuttle driver jerry was awesome friendly and outgoing Toyota is awesome will tell my friends how friendly prompt and gives great service thanks John for everything Kevin M

As far as the service, I’m very satisfied. I would like to suggest you put some kind of awning over the outside benches so people can wait comfortably outside. It’s very hot sitting in the sun and with the virus I noticed a lot of people staying outside.
If not an awning a few benches in the shade in the breezeway in the front where there is shade.
