Jose was great. but everytime my car is serviced when it returned to me everything is changed. such as the radio station, seat settings temperature of the air or heat,steering wheel. if they are going to change everything it would be great if they returned to my settings.

The service guy treated me like an idiot. He was also not prepared. He had to constantly look up options and after every question he had to go look it up or go ask someone else. For something common like getting new tires it's not hard to have a list of options and what is and isn't covered by warranty
