I did not appreciate them telling me that after 30,000 miles that they need to change the fuel filter and a few other things and it would be $400.00 dollars.I thought maybe $50.00 or so but $400.00 dollars!****!!!!!

I was overcharged for parts and work was performed on my vehicle without my authorization, which I had to pay for. Toyota has lived up to the typical "dealership" stereotype of overcharging and attempted up selling. I am displeased with the surprise of an additional $100 charge for work that should have been included with the the quote. I may not use Toyota in the future.

Only thing to make this15,000 service check perfect would have been an offer of a quick vehicle wash/vacuum, making the drive from St Joe to Danville more worthwhile. Without that, after the ToyotaCare deal, it will be easier to pay for a local oil change that doesn’t offer a free wash, but does include a vacuum. Small things matter a lot to this Mom!
