The whole system of Lyft and calling them is completely inefficient. Not being able to know the drivers number or location makes it extremely difficult. I waited for almost 40 mins to get picked up when it said it was only ten minutes away when it was ordered. The Lyft driver left when they picked me up to take me back to the dealership. I had to call one Myself because of not being able to contact the driver. I water another hour and a half and had to reschedule a meeting that I shouldn’t have missed. I asked George to call a shuttle 30 minutes before my truck was due to be done so I could Be there the second it was ready to get back to work for my meeting. He did not. I called when I hadn’t heard from him. He shouldn’t tell me he would call early if he want planning on it. Every experience with service department except one advisor was a complete disappointment. Everyone seems to always be nice but no one seems to care about customer service and have respect for people’s life’s and schedules. I haven’t gotten a car wash in over 8 months. If you can’t wash people car you should give us a code for a car wash close by. I would literally never buy a ford again because of the service department

I was disappointed in the latest service that I received from Hansel. I’ve been a b loyal customer to Hansel from the late 80’s, starting with buying a used T-bird and continuing with the buying of a terrific F-150 Lariat and having all my service, no matter whether it was my company truck or the LariatB handled by Jason Miranda. He is a huge asset for you. Once I retired and leased my Lincoln MKX, I was no longer assigned to Jason. Woody Barragan, up until this last service, was fine. This last one, not so much. My Lincoln was to be picked up at 9:30. At 10:30, I left a message for Woody, asking what the problem was. I received no response. At 11:00, I finally got in touch with Woody and accepted his apology. My Lincoln was picked up and b returned later that day. The next day, I discovered that the work behind the glove box was not complete-the door on the glove box almost fell to the cabin floor. I notified Woody, asking for a tech to come out to my house and correct the issue at about 11-this would be yesterday. Woody told me that the tech had been issued the repair ticket and that he would call me when he left Hansel. The tech showed up at about 9:00, without a call to me. As whoever reads this can see, I’m not used to this level of service-that’s why I’ve been a loyal fan and customer of Hansel for over 30 years. This was a very disappointing experience. JOHN C
