Jorge has helped me in the past and was even better this time around. I had an appointment and was aprox 10 minutes early, so I went in and some guy said " we don't open untol 7:30!" So I steppsd back outside to wait. However I saw 2 other customers inside being help? In either case Jorge did approach me and offered to help which he did in fine fashion.

I am still getting the same message that I brought up at the service. I was told the battery was charged and good, but it's still shutting down a system to save the battery. I'm afraid that of it's shutting off the theft system, something could happen and I would never know. What would be the next step? Will you replace the battery?

Great service, I needed Hansel to perform four safety recalls on my 2014 Ford Fusion. They are the ones who let me know about the recalls to begin with!
Hansel gave me a loner car to use, thank God, while they worked.
Everything was done within 48 hours and the $$ charge to me was a big fat zero. ?? I would never buy a vehicle from a private party again, highly irecommend a reputable dealership like Hansel Ford in Santa Rosa.....cuz what just happened for me with the recall/safety upgrades for my particular Ford Fusion wouldn’t have been done. Thank you Hansel.
