I just wish they would have washed the car before giving it back to me. It sat in the dirt parking lot waiting for the seats to come back and was filthy when I got it. I could hardly see out of the window and they didn’t vacuum the inside and there were shoe marks in the back seat.

As always, your customer service is excellent and was very speedy today as well. I was shocked to find out that the Mazda dealership is no longer there. I was unable to have something checked because you no longer have the diagnostic equipment to do it. This means traveling to Ukiah or Marin which I will find extremely inconvenient. So very disappointed about that
