I brought my 2017 Ford Escape SE in for the 20,000 mile service. There were a couple of scuffs left on the passenger side interior door and scratches on the glove box. I have been told that it is now on ME to schedule the remedy to this issue. I find this heavily inappropriate. As soon as the interior my vehicle is fixed by Ford, I will never again go to Ford for service. Also the price tag of $275 to perform an oil change, a 20 point inspection, and changing air filters is really absurd..
