This question is both stupid and unfair to you--no things weren't "above my expectations" because after many years of dealing with your dealership (e.g. buying 2 cars), my expectations are high, and well based on my previous experiences. So, you fully met my high expectations. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. That is what I expect.
