My volume knob has not been functioning and was told it was due to an update that was needed. Update was performed and the knob was clearly not even checked as it is still broken. I live in Santa Barbara and it’s frustrating that I now have to schedule a follow up to come all the way back for something that should have been fixed in one trip.

Troy was awesome as usual! I emailed and asked I was able to take my car in earlier due to a last minute training I needed to attend for work, and he was able to squeeze me in. Troy always goes above and beyond and that is a main reason I will continue going to Kirby Subaru in Ventura.
