Once again, Paul demonstrated why he's such an increible service advisor. He thoroughly explained what was going to occur in a positive and friendly manner. The service on my 2013 STI was performed correctly and quickly (we were waiting at the dealership). This is why I drive 30 miles out of my way to go to Paul and the crew at Kirby instead of Ladin Subaru of Thousand Oaks which is only 5 miles from my home. I've had numerous issues at Ladin, including wheel and body damage while the car was being serviced in the past. Thank you Paul and the entire crew at Kirby! You'll see me again.
