The wait time from 1:20 - 4:10 was way too long. 1 and 1/2 hour was promised. When my car was ready I was taken to the cashier who couldn’t print a receipt; again wait time. The person I dealt with didn’t give me any information about was done on my car; while passing I asked Jason what it means to have 6 and 8 mm brakes. When I was told the porter is bringing my car I waited again; where’s my key? Wher’s my car? Finally, I caught up with Gary again who didn’t know where my car was. She used the key to signal for my car; a porter brought it to the usual pick up place; the Passanger seat was moved and in reclining position. Overall, a little too chaotic, not the care I usually get. I come from San Diego to get my car services in Ventura because I like it. When worked in Sacramento to came to Ventura because I liked it. I sure hope you can polish your service department again and put some knowledgeable people with customer service in mind back in there.
