Overall my experience was great, the only reason I wasn't completely satisfied was I was quoted about 40 min for my oil change appointment, but ended up waiting closer to 2 hours. Not a huge deal, but an update partway through or a heads up might have been nice. Everyone I talked to was really excellent and friendly!

Dennis was very nice. However the whole process was extremely slow. It took me an hour to be helped and out of there with transportation back to work.... that’ is frustrating when you come in with an appointment in the middle of your work day.
