Quick and easy visit

The work was completed sooner than I expected and Troy texted me & came to get me. He also looked up some other information for me about installing racks on my son’s car.

You kept me waiting for two hours and then put me In a loner car. I greatly appreciate the loaner car but not the wait time.

Ms Hernandez answered my questions found the picture of what she thought could be the problem printed it out , directed me to parts where I was helped and learned if they were in stock , again she was correct with the wait time if they were not all on a Saturday she also explained about a loner car possibility . I came back first thing Monday saw her again and she made the process easy including a loner car WHICH IS A VERY GOOD FEATURE OF THIS COMPANY . I got a call /text from her Tuesday that my car was ready and picked it up seeing her again plus she walked me over to the payment area . Good experience all around luckily for me themy trusty Subaru was back in the game PLUS I didn't get another day to further fall for the Outback you loaned me NICE CAR, as like a marriage loyalty to tried and true is very important and my 96Outback is such a companion, but I will readily admit that pearl white Outback is a real head turner. Back to the service I have been a customer of yours for what repairs I have needed only once did I have a less than perfect experience but things happen and we are all human. If I had a bussiness I would look to hire Ms Hernandez she is effective efficient and through using an economy' of motions to complete the job .
