Jason did everything to assure me that the work performed (air bag recall) would be done as quickly as possible. And it was.
I have to say that I have NEVER relied upon a dealership to service my previous vehicles - all of them Volvos. I never trusted them.
But you guys and gals rock! So friendly. And so far, honest and trustworthy. I hope I can rely upon you in the future as my Outback ages because I wouldn't

Your customer service is always outstanding. But I am disappointed with the quality of service department. I recently had an oil change and ended up with an oil indicator and empty oil tank in a few hundred miles. There was no leak, so clearly someone forgot to fill the tank. Last week I ended up back for repairs a week after bringing my car in for a recall. Some bolts had not been replaced or fully tightened, rendering my car virtually undriveable. I can’t see myself coming back to your service department after two consecutive visits resulted in immediate problems because of someone’s negligence.
