I’ve got a problem with the service manager who wants
$180. for a 3/4” hairline crack in some plastic chromed trim
on a loaner car. Also , this damage being due to a failure
of the accident avoidance system , which I was not told
did not function at the .5 mph I was going. I offered
$60 at first , then offered to split it , for $90 , but this offer was also refused
