I had a good time at the dealership as they replaced my brake light switch. You guys are doing great work! Thanks for the free coffee too. I had a chance to look at the new models in the showroom and Jerry Thornton walked me through some of the new features I handn’t had time to research yet. I spent about 2 hours in the dealership that day and was able to get some work done thanks to the free wifi. The letter I recieved states the service was to take about 30 minutes, and did not mention other wait times. I was prepared for this because I asked about it over the phone, but I would recomend the operator tell people at the time of booking how long the total repair time will take.

I do, however, seriously object to being charged over $40 for a set of wiper blades and $25 JUST TO INSTALL THEM. Seriously? It takes 10 minutes to install new blades.
I absolutely WILL NOT be a returning customer as a result and will not recommend Kirby Subaru for my friends who also drive them.
