I was so impressed with the Kirby staff! I pulled up to this long line if cars, and I thought it was going to take forever to get in. But Jason got me in right away! David shuttled me around, he was an excellent driver and so nice to talk with. All staff used my name, which is a really personal touch.
The only recommendation I have is to have staff avoid using their phones when possible. When I was waiting to pick up my car, there was a guy in the adjoining office watching videos on his phone. Not awful but also not professional:)
