I used the on-line appt program but the earliest appt was 6/21. I called and talked to Gabby. She was awesome as usual and got me an appointment right away. I checked in with Paul. I’ve had a lot of new cars and used many dealerships. I have to say Paul was probably the best service writer I have experienced. I live in T. O. but I chose Kirby for many reasons including price and expertise. You have a first class operation.

I had a 10:00 appointment to have a recall part taken care of. I was told there would be a two hour wait. It was actually a 2 1/2 hour wait. The original letter stated the replacement process would take 30 minutes. I would have appreciated a notice of the wait time so I could have made some plans for the long wait. I drove from Santa Barbara so it was not like I was local and could have someone pick me up. Not Jason’s fault, but you should re-think the scheduling process.

Loved the Subaru rep, but was disappointed I couldn’t get all the work I needed done within my visit of 60 min. I had a service appointment and all was completed in an hour, but for some reason they couldn’t change out my front lightbulb until a new crew came in for the afternoon. I would have had to stay an extra two hours and the bulb was going to cost 30 or 40 dollars??? What is that about?? This is the second service appointment that they couldn’t change the lightbulb. Really? This doesn’t sound like the Subaru we all know and love!!!
