Instead of taking all day which I was told when making the appointment, my car was ready early afternoon, so this was much more convenient. Paul and other Kirby staff made it very easy to check in and get a loaner car despite a deluge of customers at 8:45 AM. Clearly this Subaru group is committed to providing outstanding customer service.

The service was great but the conversation that all the customers could overhear in the lounge was problematic. The gentlemen were using very colorful language and airing complaints about a coworker and about some potential customers. More care needs to be taken to make the environment peaceful.
