I bought my Subaru from you guys. Have always had my Subaru serviced by Kirby. Paul is nothing short of a perfect gentleman and and always goes above and beyond ones expectations. But today something went seriously wrong in the service department. I brought my car in at 2:15 and left at 4:40. Oil change only! What the heck??? Paul was extremely apologetic. Very unhappy. Had to cancel an appointment as my usual oil change takes less than an hour.
