Seems wanted to just make money and not warranty the work by just slapping a used motor in my truck I can get motor for way less miles n less price but the point is wasn't diagnosed more then a computer hookup and asking for another 2 grand just to diagnose my truck

Nelson was amazing. We were stranded on a road trip with a bad repair from a different mechanic. He got us in quickly, immediately assessed the issue, and had us on the road completely repaired and worry free. I'm thankful that we took the chance and came to the dealership when we could have gone to another. Nelson went above and beyond to help us out. Words truly cannot fully express my family's gratitude when we were able to finish our vacation with peace of mind. If I'm ever in Abilene again, I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle to Arrow Ford

When looking over the paper work it mentions current vibration from engine possibly motor mount and bank 2 valve cover appears to have an oil leak. I had engine work done in September or July of 2021 in which that should not be occurring. Nothing was mentioned about this during any communication. I looked at my oil change sticker which also shows brakes in the red. Once again nothing mentioned about this.
