Two hours is a long time for just an oil change and I had an inspection which he told me that takes 10 mins. I think if would have said was going to be teo hours then would have had someone come get my daughter and I would have had someone take me later to get it. I understand when only have two people, but when you have an appt and takes two hours??? I just really was upset. Never has taken that long and so I had my daugter take it and she was not happy sitting fir two hours!.
