I booked the works service online, but when I picked it up I realized that I only got an oil change and filter check, which means I have to take the vehicle in separately for the tire rotation. Staff was great, but I didn’t realize the tire rotation wasn’t completed until after I left the dealership. What’s the point of booking online if I have to remind the dealership when I get there and still not be sure the tire rotation is happening? I don’t believe that I was overcharged for the service I received, but wanted it all completed at one time to avoid a second trip for the tires.

Mr. Nelson gave Quality customer service but it was too expensive for me every time I drive this car I pray hoping that the wheels don’t fall off because of the barons I’ll get it fixed but in the meantime I still have to go to work …..
