He had helped us when our alternator had broken and gotten us a rental when we had no way to return home. The transmission service I came in for was fine. The multipoint inspection showed my rear rotors were warped. I had my rear brakes done recently and the rotors were turned. There was no reports of warped rotors on previous inspections. Could the new brake pads cause this or the rotors were never turned during the brake service?

Leon was really helpful. He was good at understanding my frustration with me scheduling my appointment. I told the receptionist that I needed certain things done but she stated I didn’t . I had a late appointment on Thursday because of this . When I arrived on Thursday Leon stated that I did need the major service as I told her . He understood my frustration I had to leave my car over night because of the misunderstanding. Leon arranged a ride for me threw in a wash and took care of me to the best of his ability to make up for the confusion. He is very friendly as well . I have had nothing but great service through Hopkins Honda from sales to service . This is one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with.
