Brought my vehicle in for water pump and timing belt replacement on Saturday at 810 am. Also, requested to inspect the metal rubbing sound coming from the front right side of the car. Sometime in the afternoon, I got a call from the advisor informing me that an oil gasket also needs to be replaced and that this is the best time to do it. It added another $700+ on the repair cost. He stated that the vehicle will not be ready until Tuesday afternoon and also mentioned that the mechanic could not replicate the sound I requested to have inspected. So come Tuesday morning, I texted him to inquire about the status of my vehicle but did not received a response so finally decided to call around 1 in the afternoon and was told by one of he advisor that he is off that day and the vehicle was not ready. I did not plan to have vehicle out until Wednesday, so I requested a loaner which was provided by Gregg. Wednesday morning, I received a text stating that he will provide me with an update later on that morning. Morning had pass with no update but did not get another text until 1:40 in the afternoon informing me that my car is ready. A total of four working days in the shop. So finally got my car back around 3:30 and as soon as I drove out of the parking lot, I hear the sound that they stated they could not replicate. Makes me really wonder if I really received the service I payed for. Maybe not everyone received this kind of service but I am definitely not coming to this place.
