Didn’t listen to a loyal customer I hope to never get him again.
The reality of the situation is my car was not serviced with care the last time with an oil change and the plugs were not properly placed and I asked for review and I was completely disregarded.
Additionally I made a simple ask to replace the battery in my key fob regardless of policy 15 cents for the battery and was just told no abruptly. I almost really want to go to another service store, but I do believe this was just a mistake.

The visit was fine. The offering of a ride back to my home was unexpected and exceeded my expectations. However, recommending so many additional vehicle services based upon you not having a history of my car seemed a little bit suspect. The Carfax report would’ve showed that 90% of what you recommended had already been done
