Norm Reeves Honda Vista Auto Repair Service

The service provided was excellent

I bought my car used 3 days ago, from another Honda dealership in the vicinity. And let’s just say they made me absolutely buy something that was an optional addition to the car. But they kept on making it seem that I have to buy it with the car no matter what if I wanted the car. I should have walked away then but I didn’t now I’m paying extra for a security feature I didn’t even want. And then I found out I had to do a system update on the car. And I talked to a different Honda dealership in the area. They told me that just to inspect my vehicle it would be 180 dollars even though I told them I just need a system update on the infotainment system and that I had the manufacturers warranty on it. I don’t know if it was just a personnel that was untrained or what. So I rescheduled my appointment with Norm Reeves Honda. And the level of customer service and clarity that I got from this store was beyond my expectations. They were all a great help and kept me updated through the process of my car being ready. I just want to say thank you to them for helping me with this easy task and not saying that they might have to charge me 180 just for an inspection of the vehicle. I will be coming back to this store and I don’t think I’m going to concern myself with any other Honda except norm reeves Honda

Hannah was most helpful to me during the process of getting my car fixed.She was very instrumental in getting me a loaner car, so I would not be inconveniently hindered throughout my day to get to doctor appointments and run my daily errands. She also conveyed to me the diagnostic findings by the technician and the cost for repairs. In other words, she made the whole experience for me to be hassle-free within an extremely calm environment. Her altruistic gifts are much appreciated! Great service

Your prices for the simplest of tasks are absolutely insane. The mechanic pulls the cabin air filter out to check it and puts it back in but to swap it out I was quoted $96.29?!?! If you want to increase revenue maybe consider a different pricing model.

Honda Vista staff demonstrated excellent communication and transparency. John was knowledgeable and provided clear information about the service process and pricing. We will definitely return for our next vehicle service.

Ernesto is the best associate out of them all. Hands down. He never tries to upset, is totally honest and knowledgeable, and that increases the likelihood that I will be punctual in the future about handling everything that needs to be taken care of in the future. I bought a car brand new two years ago there, the reason being that I just enjoy Norm reeves Vista Honda. I’m not bullshitting at all.
