I work crazy hours all week and only had a couple hours to put in an appointment for a service on Saturday which I know is a busy day! Norm Reeves Honda in Vista got me in and had my inspection and oil change done in one hour! I couldn’t ask for better service! One of the main reasons I bought my 2025 Honda Civic sport hybrid from this particular dealership. Always a pleasure.

You guys caused me to lose almost 3 weeks of time of getting my car actually repaired. I brought it into just have diagnostics it and it'll be an insurance issue because of rodent damage and I told you guys that I was going to take it you just had to contact my adjuster to tell them. You guys hold my car hostage for almost 3 weeks because you jumped the gun and ordered a wiring harness that you wanted $3, 500 . Some guys to start ordering clearly stated I was going to take it to a mechanic yet you ignored me and continued on and only now this week did you release a car. And every platform I can I'm going to give you guys a bad review took advantage of my trust and try to pressure me to do something that I do not and I will never forget it
