I’d like to not have to convince the service person every time I come in that my service is covered by my service plan, it’s weird that they don’t just put that in when they check me in instead of waiting to present me with a massive bill at the end that I then have to argue down.
Also, the appointment making is being done by people that seem motivated to wildly underestimate the time of appointments, the visit before this I was told it would be about an hour, I ended up being completed 4.5 hours later, this time was told (oh definitely quicker than the last Maintenence) and I spent two whole days calling to check on my car and getting no answer before finally calling sales department and asking them to go see why service wasn’t answering their phones. I don't want to hear from Hannah again so there's no need to have our Norm Reeves Honda Vista Rep contact us. She didn't represent your company very professionally, and we will not be taking our Honda back to your dealership for service in future.
We dropped off our Pilot for service on 11/6, before 8am. It wasn't ready the next day so you kept it over the weekend. Hannah didn't contact us about the vehicle on Monday until my husband called her to follow up. He was in Florida on a work trip and still had to take time out of his schedule to call her.
Hannah then called me - The Wife - an hour before closing on Monday to tell me the car wasn't ready. She promised to call me Tuesday to arrange pick up. She didn't follow through.
I called your dealership first thing Wednesday morning and left a message for Hannah. I tried calling again when she didn't get back to me, and your robot service wouldn't let me leave another message. So there was no way for me to speak to a human being after leaving my first message.
My husband had to take more time out of his work week to pick up our Pilot on Thursday afternoon, after flying back into San Diego at midnight the night before. Your cashier didn't charge us for the oil change, and my husband should have just walked out but he didn't. He told the cashier that we owed for the oil. I would have let you pay for it - the very least you could do for the crappy service and week of leaving me without our SUV.
You guys ****. We'll find another dealership next time, even if it's farther away.

Didn’t get an answer on why the car thought the wrong tire was losing air. Was it not reset when the tires were rotated earlier? The alert thought the leaking tires was where it used to be before rotating. Also the tire was almost twice as expensive as at discount tires???

Honestly I am so happy I with the service from the moment I drive up from Pablo and Mike! I had an appointment for my breaks to get checked out plus a noise that my Honda CRV hybrid Sport makes when I back up and Mike was very informative of that apparently normal in hybrids so it’s very reassuring and my brakes were in good condition!
