Didn’t listen to a loyal customer I hope to never get him again.
The reality of the situation is my car was not serviced with care the last time with an oil change and the plugs were not properly placed and I asked for review and I was completely disregarded.
Additionally I made a simple ask to replace the battery in my key fob regardless of policy 15 cents for the battery and was just told no abruptly. I almost really want to go to another service store, but I do believe this was just a mistake.
