I continue to be impressed by service at this dealership. Ernest was very good - we had a good discussion of the service I was seeking; when service was completed he explained other service that was recommended through the vehicle inspection and he answered any questions that I had. Later I received a video from the service tech documenting their analysis and Ernesto also provided a digital copy of the service evaluation.

Sal was very nice, courteous, but he should double check with the mechanic when answering questions I asked about the oil mechanic saw under the car, leading mechanic to believe that there is oil leaking from a potential deteriorated rear main gasket. Sal was assuming the oil was transmission fluid even though there was no reddish **** fluid seen under car and I told him there was no reddish oil leaks on the garage floor. Mechanic specifically wrote there was an oil leak, not **** fluid leak. This was very confusing and he could have called to verify what color of oil was actually seen under car. Additionally, I was told that a **** service was needed, but the **** service was already done last time I was there 4 or 5 months ago. Sal would have known this if he would have looked up the history of my vehicle services. Again, this caused me some confusion about why I would need another **** service immediately as per the Mechanic check list. If Sal looked closer at the paperwork and my service history, he would have wondered the same thing I did, and double check this with more investigations. In any case, I surmised on my own later on that the **** fluid level and any leaks on floor should be watched closely, rather than to spend more than $2700 the find out. That amount of money is more than the a 2011 crosstour is currently worth. Not smart.

Actually, since then, about a week later, I received a notice on the dashboard of warning. Bring it in for repair brake problem, braking problem. And then it goes away after about 10 minutes and then comes back on again. Another day so I should probably bring it in and have you guys look at it. Sure, it's on the warranty.

We had contacted Honda on Tuesday of notice of oil leak. With all the rain this weekend we did not notice our garage floor until then. Phillip learned of our call and called my cell phone immediately. He went above and beyond to help make right. Phillip and a tech came out to resolve issue-- fixed issue at Honda location, cleaned vehicle (wash and vacuum) and returned vehicle promptly. We appreciate the care and concern handled so quickly. Ernesto handled the harrowing situation I experienced with my car when it had to be returned by tow due to the technician not properly connecting the connector he had worked on. I almost got into an accident when the vehicle almost stopped in the road during rush hour. I thankfully was able to eventually pull off to the side of the road where I called Ernesto regarding the faulty repair. He was apologetic and asked me to call him when I got home to make sure I was safe. I had my car towed back they night and Ernesto resolved the issue with the technician. I was of course beside myself and Ernesto had the proper customer care skills to ensure me my vehicle would be cared for. I appreciate his assistance and kindness.
