Didn’t honor coupon even when I presented it at the beginning. Still haven’t received my multipoint inspection report. Will not be back.

I was disappointed that my son came in for an oil change and the person that assisted him lead him to believe that it was necessary to also replace the brake fluid, which was not a necessity. It was a recommendation. He did not inform my son properly and was misleading. My son is young and he’s trying to maintain his own vehicle and I find this very disheartening.. I don’t feel safe at this establishment any longer, and we will no longer be servicing our cars at Norm Reves Honda.
