Omar was very professional and super patient with me. He went over and above to explain to me what my car needs. The communication was outstanding and I was kept in the loop of what was going on the entire time and nothing was done unless it was approved by me. I very much appreciated working with Omar!

I have had to many issues with norm reeves Honda service overall. Omar and the manager are horrible. There are always problems and work is not done well or they forget to reset and I have to come back a week later. They waste my time and money then lie. Today I came in for a flat tire and Jessica took very good care of me. There is also another girl who greets us and starts the process. She is very nice and smart. Sadly I don’t remember her name.
