During my recent service, I interacted with both Omar and Christian.
Christian greeted me when I first drove up. He was very polite- and had me smiling right away with his friendliness. After check-in, Christian gave me a tutorial on the different dash buttons and what the prompts mean while I waited. I was surprised by how much there was to still learn from a car I’ve had for a few years. Omar came and escorted me inside - he was really helpful in explaining the car computer and it’s analysis of maintenance needs. It was very reassuring. Also very helpful was Omar taking the time to go over the inspection checklist- the red/yellow/ green format is great; and he made sure I could log into the portal to view photos taken during inspection. The excellent recent service received is why I keep coming back to Honda Vista.
