Omar was very patient with my repeated questions and concerns. I was not expecting this repair so I was not prepared for the extra cost and he gently answered my questions without making me feel like I was trouble or a pain to deal with. Due to his patience I feel more confident in the dealership and that I am dealing with honest people. Please thank Omar for not being annoyed or at least not acting or sounding directly annoyed with me. As a women sometimes we feel that we are taken advantage of more often so we tend to be more on the fence. I am glad Omar helped this paranoid female come down off the fence and also take home a repaired and safe to drive car once more.

Excellent personal assistance. The Lyft system seems to be working well. Are you supposed to tip the driver? The only negative was that it took way too long for the actual work, especially since we set everything the day before. Very kind People work there.
