Omar was fantastic and he deserves the highest rating. My dissatisfaction was the length of time it took me to be checked in. My appointment my was 10:40 and I sat in my car for 25 minutes before I was invited into the building to discuss what kind of service I wanted.
When I picked up my car after servicing I was very disappointed to see that it had not been washed. I thought that was part of the service. Prior to coming to Honda Vista I was taking my car to Honda Escondido for service and my car was always washed when I picked it up.
