Richard did a great job of not just throwing a fix at my vehicle. The power steering pump was changed 24K mile ago. The tech’s were saying the pump was failing. He asked them to take another look and they found a seal and hose were the culprits, saving $850. He is Awesome!

I was not satisfied with service regarding how my service was closed out and me feeling like I was being pressured to get a Honda line of credit to cover work that was recommended in which the shocks replacement was indicated but it was an extended warrant covered service that rep should have noted he did not… after I stressed to him that I had an extended warranty on my vehicle he nonchalantly took my number down on a post it and then proceeded to jump in a vehicle with a female I suppose to go on break or lunch. Richard Correa I was very disappointed in how I was handled. The so called corrosion on my positive terminal took me every bit of 3 minutes to clean this could have and should have been a courtesy to me but I was quoted 38.95…. I also had a poor experience in past with your previous service advisor Jaryd Pavlov back in June 2020 and had stayed away from your dealership due to how he acted with me and the fact he seemed to purposely forget to give me my fob key back i had to turn around and come back to retrieve it….consequently I will be going to get a 2nd opinion on the list of recommended services that was indicated to me I need. I should be able to receive efficient quality treatment as a Honda owner from any Honda service department I go to needless to say I do not feel I have gotten that in past experiences at your establishment. I feel like 3 hours is too long to get the car back. I did not hear back that further service was needed until 2 hours had passed. Otherwise, customer service is excellent. They are always kind and apologetic if it takes longer, I just wish it didn’t.

Nothing to do with my car technician. He was incredible!
However, I’ve been in for my car for the same issue twice this month and I have a vehicle coverage contract. When I asked if it was covered by that. The answer was No because of rodent damage however I read through the contract throughly since the first time it happened because that wouldn’t make any sense to me. And found nothing in my contract that states repairs aren’t cover due to rodent damage. In addition, I spent approximately $800 on a new 2021 Honda Civic hatchback within the first year I bought it when I got a 7 year warranty on it and still paid out of pocket (not the deductible) for the repairs. I feel that since it doesn’t state that repairs aren’t covered due to rodent damage, that I should be refunded the money beside the deductible for both visits. However, both visits were on a reoccurring issue.
