Richard was great! He explained everything and was very courteous. However, I waited almost 3 hours for an oil, transmission fluid, and multi point inspection. I thought that was a long wait. I had a 0830 appointment. Also, I was surprised that the oil change costs $155. Due to the wait and price; I will chose other than dealer service from now on
