Excellent service by Jessica and Norm Reeves Honda Vista.
That survey from the manufacturer forces customers to fill out multiple questions and will not allow you to submit the survey until you fill out all the questions... Norm Reeves you should not be relying on that it is disrespectful to your customers to force them to fill out a comprehensive survey to provide feedback .
So this dealership yes, Honda Corporate brand no.. it tells me Honda corporate thinks very little of their customers and their time
