I was disappointed by the lack of customer service received today. When I arrived it took 20+ minutes for me to be checked in. There were 3 gentlemen at the service desks with no customers. Then when I received a text that my car was ready to be picked up, I texted back to say we needed a Lyft ride. I never received a response regarding that, and given that service closed by 5pm we had to order our own Uber. In addition to texting Josue, I called and left a message and never received a call back. Very disappointing.
